I can't log into one of my services
If a service in your bundle isn't accepting your login, work through these steps in order. Most issues resolve at one of the first three.
1. Double-check your username
The most common cause is a typo in the Bundled-issued username. Open your activation email and copy-paste it exactly — including any punctuation, dots, or underscores.
Make sure you're not entering:
- Your personal email
- A username from a prior direct subscription you had with that provider
- A different service's username from your bundle (rare, but it happens)
2. Confirm your password is correct
Same email — copy-paste the Bundled-issued password. Don't type it manually if you can avoid it (autocorrect, hidden spaces, and caps lock are common culprits).
If you've already tried multiple passwords and the provider has temporarily locked you out, wait 15 minutes before trying again. Or move to step 5 and contact support.
3. Log out of any old provider accounts
If you had a direct subscription with this provider before joining Bundled:
- Fully log out of the old account on every device (smart TV, phone, tablet, browser)
- Clear cookies and saved logins on browsers
- Try logging in fresh with your Bundled-issued credentials
This is by far the most common cause of "the provider says my account doesn't exist" issues — the device is auto-filling old credentials.
4. Try a different device or browser
Sometimes a specific device's saved state breaks logins. Try:
- A different browser (Chrome → Safari, etc.)
- An incognito / private window
- A different device entirely (your phone if you've been trying on TV, etc.)
If it works on one device but not another, the issue is local to that device.
5. Check that activation completed
Has it been more than 24 hours since you signed up for Bundled? If less than 24 hours, the service may still be activating.
Your Bundled dashboard shows the status of each service:
- Active → ready to use
- Activating → still being set up
- Issue → contact support
If the service shows Active but still won't accept your login, move to step 6.
6. Contact Bundled Support — don't sign up directly
If steps 1–5 don't work, email [email protected] before creating a new account directly with the provider.
When you contact support, include:
- The service name (e.g., "Netflix")
- The exact Bundled-issued username you're trying
- A screenshot of the error you're seeing
- The device or browser you're using
Don't sign up for a new account directly at the provider. This creates a duplicate that breaks billing and can cause provider account-flagging issues. We need to fix the Bundled-managed account, not create a new one.
