Your Bundled username and password

When your bundle activates, you get one Bundled-issued username and password that works across every service in your bundle. Here's why we use them — and what they're for.

Why we issue a unique username

We assign you a Bundled-issued username (and email alias) so we can:

  1. Securely manage your subscriptions on your behalf — billing, retention offers, cancellations
  2. Keep your personal email and card details private from every individual provider
  3. Give you one login that works across all your bundled services
  4. Prevent account confusion if you previously had a direct account with the same provider

If we used your personal email and card with every provider, we couldn't manage anything for you — and you'd be giving Netflix, Spotify, Calm, Notion, and every other service your real billing details.

Where to use your Bundled username

  • Signing into the services in your bundle (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Spotify, etc.)
  • Signing into the Bundled dashboard — that uses your regular Bundled account email and password, not your bundle username

What about the email alias?

Your Bundled-issued email alias is used by providers for things like:

  • Verification codes when you log in from a new device
  • Account-management emails (password resets, billing notifications)
  • 2FA codes

The alias is for subscription admin only — it's not a general inbox you'd email friends from. If you need a verification code that went to your alias, just ask support and we'll forward it.

Where to access verification codes

Verification codes are auto-forwarded to your personal email (the one you signed up with). If you're not getting them:

  1. Check your spam folder
  2. Add [email protected] to your contacts
  3. If still missing, email support — we can pull the code from our alias and send it to you

Don't change your credentials with the provider

This is important: don't change your Bundled-issued username or password directly with the provider. If you change credentials at Netflix's site (for example), our systems lose access, and:

  • Billing stops working
  • We can't manage retention offers or cancellations for you
  • Your savings can be interrupted

If you ever feel you need to change something for security reasons, contact Bundled support first and we'll do it correctly.
