What's included in Bundled pricing

Your Bundled bill is a single all-in charge that covers everything about running the subscriptions we manage for you. Here's the breakdown.

The one price includes

Every Bundled charge combines four things into a single amount, so you never see separate line items from providers:

• The cost of each subscription in your bundle — what we pay to Netflix, Spotify, Disney+, Calm, and every other service in your Base Bundle and Add-Ons
• Bundled's subscription management fee — for running the platform, handling billing on your behalf, negotiating with providers, and actively managing your subscriptions (price monitoring, no-click cancellations, trial timelines, retention offers, customer support)
• Payment processing costs — the small fees any card or bank processor charges to move money
• Applicable taxes — where required by state or local law

Together, these make up your Total Bundle Cost — the price you agreed to at signup.

What's added on top

• Add-Ons you select — layered on top of your Base Bundle with their own pricing
• State and local taxes — Bundled collects sales, communications, digital-goods, or streaming taxes where required by law. These are itemized on your charge.

What's not a separate charge

• Provider costs are not passed through. Bundled sets a bundle price. You pay us that price. We separately, in our own name, pay each provider. We may pay providers less than we charge you (we keep a margin), and we may occasionally pay more than we charge (we absorb the loss). Either way, your price stays the same — you don't share in provider-side savings or absorb provider-side price hikes mid-cycle.
• No hidden fees. No activation fees. No setup fees. No cancellation fees. What we quote at signup is what you pay.

Why is my bill a single number instead of itemized?

Because Bundled is the merchant of record for your Bundled membership — not Netflix, not Spotify, not any individual provider. You have one contractual and billing relationship: with Bundled. We handle everything with providers behind the scenes.

This is what makes features like no-click cancellations, Risk-Free Trials, and one-login access work — we manage the relationship with each provider so you don't have to.

Where taxes show up

If your state or locality requires Bundled to collect tax on subscription services, it appears as a separate line on your monthly receipt. Tax rules vary by state — streaming is taxed in some places (like Texas and Pennsylvania) but not others (like Oregon and Delaware).

Bundled may begin or stop collecting taxes in any state at any time as laws change.

Every receipt is downloadable for expense reports or your own records.
