Updating your payment method

You can update the payment method on your Bundled membership any time from your dashboard. Here's how.

How to update your card or bank account

  1. Sign into your Bundled dashboard at gobundled.com/dashboard
  2. Go to Billing → Payment Method
  3. Click Update payment method
  4. Enter your new card or bank account details
  5. Save

The change applies immediately. Your next charge will use the new payment method.

When to update your payment method

  • Your card expired
  • You got a new card with a new number
  • You want to switch from one card to another
  • You want to switch from a card to bank account ACH
  • The card on file was declined

What happens if a payment fails?

We don't immediately suspend your bundle. Here's the typical flow:

  1. Day 0: Payment fails. We email you the same day.
  2. Day 3: We automatically retry the charge.
  3. Day 7: Second retry, with another email reminder.
  4. Day 10: Final retry. If still failing, your bundle pauses.

Once you update your payment method, we re-charge the pending amount and restore service immediately.

A paused bundle is different from a canceled one. We hold your accounts open with providers so you don't lose viewing history or settings — but you won't be able to log in until the payment goes through.

Don't update payment information at the provider

If Netflix (or another service in your bundle) asks you to update your payment info directly, don't do it. We use Bundled-controlled cards to pay providers, and swapping in your personal card breaks billing.

If a provider asks for new payment details, email [email protected] — we'll handle it.

ACH vs credit/debit card

You can pay by:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
  • Debit card
  • ACH / bank account (US bank accounts only)

ACH has slightly slower failure detection (3–5 business days for a returned payment vs. immediate for a card decline), but no other functional differences.
