How Bundled billing works

One Bundled charge replaces 8–12 separate provider charges. Here's exactly how that works.

One charge, one provider relationship

When you join Bundled, you authorize one charge per billing period to your personal card or bank account. That single charge covers:

  • The membership pricing for every service in your Base Bundle
  • Any Add-Ons you've selected
  • Taxes (where applicable)
  • The Bundled service fee

You'll see one line item from Bundled on your card statement — not separate charges from Netflix, Spotify, Disney+, and so on.

Your card details aren't shared with providers

This is one of the most important things to understand about Bundled.

When you pay us, we use our own Bundled-controlled payment cards to pay each provider on your behalf. Your personal card and identifying details never get handed to Netflix, Spotify, Calm, or any other provider.

This card-isolation enables:

  • Privacy — providers see Bundled, not you
  • Risk-Free Trials — we can pause the card so trials don't auto-convert
  • No-click cancellations — we stop paying as soon as you stop using a service
  • Negotiation leverage — we can move volume across cards to get better rates

Your billing date

Your billing date is set when you sign up. You'll see your next billing date in your dashboard and on every renewal reminder we send.

If you join mid-month, your billing date is the day you signed up each month after that. (Example: sign up on March 15, you'll be billed on the 15th of every month going forward.)

For annual plans, the renewal date is one year from signup.

How prices stay predictable

The bundle price you see at signup is the price you pay. We don't raise prices mid-cycle.

If we need to change pricing for any reason, we notify you in advance — required by law in most states for automatic renewal subscriptions — so you have time to decide whether to continue.

What's included in your price

  • All services in your selected Base Bundle
  • Any Add-Ons you've selected
  • Active management (billing, retention, cancellations, optimization)
  • LevelUP Rewards earning
  • Customer support

Taxes and any required transaction taxes are added on top where applicable (more on taxes below).

Taxes

Where required by state or local law, Bundled collects sales, communications, digital-goods, or streaming taxes and adds them to your bill. These are itemized on your charge.

Tax rates and what's taxable vary by state. Bundled may begin or stop collecting these taxes at any time as laws change.

Receipts and invoices

A receipt is emailed to you every billing cycle. You can also download invoices from your Bundled dashboard → Billing.

If you need a copy for expense reporting, year-end records, or any other reason, you can pull them yourself any time. Going back further than 12 months? Email [email protected].
