What happens to your subscriptions if you leave Bundled?
Your accounts are in your name from day one. When you leave, they're yours to keep.
You're the account holder
When you joined Bundled, we set up accounts in your legal name with each provider — using information shared by you (we never share your payment credentials though). We act as your agent to manage these accounts, but the accounts at the provider are legally yours.
That means:
- Your Netflix profile, watch history, and downloads — yours
- Your Spotify playlists, library, and listening history — yours
- Your Calm sessions, journal, and progress — yours
- Your Notion workspaces and notes — yours
We don't touch any of that. It stays.
What cancellation actually does
When you cancel your Bundled membership:
- Our authority to pay for your subscriptions ends. We stop charging your card for the bundle.
- Our Bundled-issued payment cards stop renewing your subscriptions with providers.
- The accounts at each provider remain open under your name — temporarily.
What happens next depends on what you do.
To keep a service after canceling Bundled
For each subscription you want to keep:
- Log into the provider directly (e.g., netflix.com)
- Use the credentials we sent you in your cancellation email
- Go to billing / payment settings
- Add your personal credit card or bank account as the new payment method
- Optionally, change the email on the account to your personal one (we can also do this for you — email support before canceling)
That's it. You're now a direct customer of that provider, paying their standard retail rate.
To cancel a service entirely
For each subscription you want to cancel completely:
- Log into the provider directly using the credentials from your Bundled cancellation email
- Find the cancellation option in account settings
- Cancel through the provider
The Bundled-issued card will stop paying it anyway, so even if you skip this step, most providers will eventually cancel the account on their end after a failed payment. But canceling directly is cleaner.
How long do I have to act?
You generally have until the next provider billing date to swap the payment method. Each provider has its own renewal date, so check the cancellation email — we list each one.
If you miss the date, most providers will simply suspend the account after a failed renewal. You can still re-activate by adding your card. You won't lose your data; you'll just lose access until you pay.
What about my LevelUP Rewards?
Any rewards you'd already earned and that were available to redeem at the time of cancellation can still be redeemed for up to 30 days after. Pending rewards (not yet cleared) expire on cancellation.
If you have a substantial pending balance and want help redeeming before canceling, email [email protected].
Can I rejoin later?
Yes. You can rejoin any time. Your LevelUP tier history is preserved for 12 months after cancellation — so if you come back within a year, you pick up where you left off.
If you rejoin more than a year later, you start back at Basic tier (but you'll move up faster because of cumulative spend memory we retain).
