How to redeem LevelUP Rewards
When your rewards move from "pending" to "available," you can redeem them in your dashboard.
Pending vs. available
LevelUP Rewards live in two buckets:
- Pending — rewards you've earned but haven't yet cleared the eligibility window (usually the rest of the billing cycle that earned them, plus a short hold for fraud and chargeback protection)
- Available — cleared rewards, ready to redeem
Your dashboard shows both balances clearly.
How to redeem
- Sign into your Bundled dashboard
- Go to Rewards → Available balance
- Click Redeem
- Choose a redemption type (see below)
- Confirm
The redemption applies based on the type you choose.
Redemption options
Bundled offers a few ways to use your rewards:
- Apply to your next Bundled bill — discount your next monthly charge
- Apply to an Add-On or Upgrade — discount a one-time or first-month Add-On purchase
- Save for a bigger reward later — keep accumulating for higher-tier perks
Specific redemption options can vary based on your tier and any active promotions. Your dashboard always shows what's available to you.
How long do rewards stay valid?
Available rewards generally remain valid as long as your account is in good standing. We don't expire rewards just for sitting in your account.
That said:
- If you cancel your membership, available rewards are redeemable for 30 days post-cancellation
- Pending rewards that haven't cleared expire on cancellation
- Long-term inactive accounts (12+ months canceled with no activity) may have remaining rewards retired
If you have a substantial balance and are planning to cancel, redeem before you cancel.
What counts as eligible activity?
The default earning activity is your bundle spend (the recurring charges you pay Bundled). Some promotional activities also count:
- Referrals (when a referred member becomes paid)
- Completing profile / onboarding milestones
- Promotional bonus periods we run periodically
Things that don't count:
- Refunds, credits, or reversed charges (these reduce earning, not add to it)
- Charges that ultimately fail or get charged back
- Activities by guests on your account (your dashboard shows only your eligible activity)
Rewards on a failed payment
If a payment fails after the rewards have been earned but before the eligibility window closes, the rewards may be reversed when the payment is reversed. This is why your tier progression and rewards require on-time payments.
Once you make the payment good, the rewards usually come back. If you have a question about reversed rewards, email [email protected].
