How LevelUP tiers progress
There are five tiers: Basic, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond. You move up based on your bundle activity and time as a member.
The path to Diamond
Every new member starts at Basic. From there, you progress through Silver → Gold → Platinum → Diamond by meeting either:
- Cumulative spend goals, or
- Time as a member with on-time payments
Whichever happens first unlocks the next tier.
Why two paths?
We built tier progression around the two ways members create value for Bundled:
- Spend — choosing a bigger bundle or more add-ons creates volume that helps us negotiate better rates for everyone
- Tenure — members who stick around create predictable revenue that lets us invest in better partnerships and features
Either qualifies you for the next tier. Both qualify you faster.
Do I earn 5% from day one?
No. 5% rewards is the Diamond tier rate.
New members earn the Basic-tier rate, then move up as you build cumulative spend and a track record of on-time payments. The path to Diamond is documented in your dashboard so you can see exactly where you stand and what it takes to level up.
Your current tier and progress
Your dashboard shows:
- Your current tier (with the tier badge)
- Your next tier and what you need to reach it
- Both progress paths (spend or tenure), with whichever is closer highlighted
- The reward rate at each tier
On-time payments matter
To progress and stay in your tier, your Bundled payments need to be on time:
- A late or failed payment can pause your tier progression
- Multiple late payments can drop you back to a lower tier
- The payments need to be in good standing for at least 30 days to count toward earning
The easiest way to stay in good standing: keep your payment method updated. Sign into your dashboard and update your card if it's about to expire.
Tier benefits beyond rewards
Each tier unlocks more than just a higher rewards rate. Examples:
- Silver: Welcome perks on Add-Ons
- Gold: Priority support
- Platinum: Early access to new bundles and services
- Diamond: Concierge support and exclusive partner deals
The exact perks at each tier are shown in your dashboard.
What if I downgrade my bundle?
If you downgrade to a smaller Base Bundle, your tier is preserved — but future earning is based on the smaller bundle spend, which means you'll progress more slowly from there.
Can I lose my tier?
Yes, in limited circumstances:
- Late or failed payments can temporarily drop you a tier
- Long-term inactivity (canceling and not rejoining within 12 months) resets you to Basic
- Account in violation of Terms of Use may result in tier reset
For most members, tier progression is one-way.
