How to cancel your Bundled membership

You can cancel any time, in one click, with no reasons required and no retention offers in the way.

Two ways to cancel

  1. Sign into gobundled.com/dashboard
  2. Go to Account → Membership
  3. Click Cancel my membership
  4. Confirm

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll get a confirmation email with everything you need to keep your subscriptions running directly (more on this below).

Option 2: Stripe customer portal

If you signed up through Stripe Checkout, you can also cancel through the Stripe-hosted customer portal — link is in any Bundled receipt email.

What happens after you cancel

You keep access through the end of your billing period

If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep using your bundle for the days you've already paid for. We don't refund the partial period (see our Refund Policy), but you don't lose access immediately either.

We won't make you jump through hoops

Bundled doesn't:

  • Require you to call and speak to a live representative
  • Add retention offers, surveys, or "are you sure?" loops
  • Require more clicks to cancel than to sign up

By federal and state law (and by our own design), cancellation is one click. We mean it.

Your subscriptions stay yours

Here's the most important thing about Bundled cancellation: your underlying subscriptions are yours to keep.

When you cancel, you get an email with:

  • Each service in your bundle
  • Login credentials you can keep using
  • The next billing date for each provider
  • A short guide to swap our payment card for yours

You can then either:

  1. Keep the service — log in directly, add your personal card, and continue using it at the provider's standard retail price
  2. Cancel it — log in directly and cancel through the provider

Either way, your watch history, playlists, profiles, libraries, and preferences are preserved. Nothing gets deleted.

What happens to the Bundled payment card

After cancellation, the Bundled-issued cards stop paying providers. When a provider's next renewal attempts to charge, it fails — and the service either:

  • Continues until you add your own card (some providers give you a grace period)
  • Auto-cancels with the provider (most providers default to this after a failed renewal)

If you want to keep a service, add your own card to that provider before the next billing date to avoid an interruption.

I cancelled by mistake

Email [email protected] immediately. If we catch it before your billing period ends, we can usually reinstate your membership without interruption.

I don't want to fully cancel — can I just downgrade?

Yes. See Pausing or downgrading your bundle — you can drop to a smaller Base Bundle, remove specific add-ons, or pause everything for up to 3 months.
