Pausing or downgrading your bundle

Not ready to fully cancel? You have a few options between "keep everything" and "cancel."

Option 1: Pause your bundle for up to 3 months

If you're traveling, taking a break, or just want to step away temporarily, you can pause your bundle for up to 3 months.

While paused:

  • You're not charged
  • Your accounts at providers stay open (no loss of watch history or settings)
  • Your LevelUP tier is preserved
  • We continue to manage active monitoring (price hikes, etc.) but don't take action

To pause:

  1. Sign into your dashboard
  2. Go to Account → Membership
  3. Click Pause my bundle
  4. Choose 1, 2, or 3 months

Your bundle automatically resumes at the end of the pause period. You can also un-pause early any time.

Option 2: Downgrade to a smaller Base Bundle

If you want to keep the bundle structure but reduce cost, you can downgrade to a smaller Base Bundle.

How it works:

  1. From your dashboard, go to Bundle → Change bundle
  2. Select a smaller Base Bundle (e.g., from "Video Essentials" to "Streaming Lite")
  3. Confirm

The change applies at your next billing date, not immediately. You keep access to everything in your current bundle until then.

Important: When you downgrade, the services that were in your old bundle but aren't in the new one will be canceled with the provider after the billing period ends. You can save any of them by moving them out of the bundle and continuing them directly with the provider (see option 4).

Option 3: Remove specific add-ons

If you have add-ons stacked on top of your Base Bundle and want to drop one or more:

  1. Dashboard → Add-Ons
  2. Find the add-on you want to remove
  3. Click Remove

The add-on stays active through the end of your current billing period, then is canceled.

Option 4: Keep one service and exit the bundle structure

If you only want one or two of the services in your bundle and want to leave Bundled entirely:

  1. Cancel your Bundled membership (see How to cancel)
  2. After cancellation, log into the providers you want to keep
  3. Swap our payment card for yours
  4. You're now a direct customer of those providers

You'll lose the bundle pricing on those services, but you avoid paying for everything else in the bundle.

What about LevelUP Rewards?

  • Pause: Tier and earned rewards are preserved
  • Downgrade: Tier is preserved; future earning is based on the smaller bundle spend
  • Cancel: Available rewards remain redeemable for 30 days; pending rewards expire

What if I just want to skip a month?

Pausing for 1 month is the closest thing. We don't currently offer skip-a-month within a continuous billing cycle.
