Adding services and upgrades
You can add services, upgrade your bundle, or move to a different tier any time. Here's how.
Adding an Add-On to your bundle
Add-Ons are extra services you layer on top of your Base Bundle — premium tiers, additional services, family upgrades.
To add one:
- Sign into your dashboard
- Go to Add-Ons → Browse
- Pick what you want
- Confirm
The new pricing and start date are shown before you confirm. Most Add-Ons activate within a few hours, with the same Bundled-issued login.
Upgrading to a larger Base Bundle
If you want to move from "Streaming Lite" to "Streaming Plus" (for example), or expand into other categories:
- Dashboard → Bundle → Change bundle
- Select your new Base Bundle
- Confirm
The change takes effect:
- New services: activated within a few hours, same as initial signup
- New pricing: applied at your next billing date (we don't pro-rate mid-cycle)
Upgrading the tier of a single service
Want to go from Netflix Standard to Premium? Or upgrade Spotify Individual to Family?
- Dashboard → Services
- Click the service you want to upgrade
- Choose the tier you want
- Confirm
The new tier activates immediately, and the price change is reflected on your next bill.
⚠️ Don't upgrade directly with the provider
If you upgrade your plan at Netflix.com (or Spotify.com, etc.) instead of through Bundled, you'll:
- Be charged the provider's full retail price, not your bundle rate
- Break our billing automation
- Lose member pricing
If you want to upgrade, do it through your Bundled dashboard.
Can I upgrade only some services?
Sometimes. It depends on the bundle structure:
- Most tier upgrades (Standard → Premium on a specific service) work independently within your bundle
- Some bundles require a full upgrade — you can't be on the small bundle and have a single premium-tier service inside it
Your dashboard will show what's possible for your account.
Can I add a service that's not in any Base Bundle?
Sometimes. Bundled is built around bundles, not one-off subscriptions, but we do offer certain services as standalone Add-Ons. Browse the Add-Ons section to see what's available.
If a service you want isn't available, email [email protected] — we track demand and prioritize new additions based on member requests.
What about family plans?
Many services offer family plans as upgrade options:
- Spotify Family — up to 6 accounts
- Apple Music Family — up to 6
- YouTube Premium Family — up to 5 household members
- Disney+ / Hulu — multiple profiles standard
Family plans typically upgrade through the Service tier upgrade flow, not as separate Add-Ons.
Risk-Free Trial on a new service
When you add a new service that supports Risk-Free Trials, you'll see the trial offer in the checkout flow. See How Risk-Free Trials work for details on the trial protection.
