What is Build Your Own Bundle (BYOB) and how does it work?

Build Your Own Bundle (BYOB) lets you pick the exact services you want in your bundle instead of choosing from a pre-curated package. You select 4 or more services to get started, and your bundle price adjusts based on what you include.

The basics

• Prices vary based on which services you pick
• Add more anytime — no upper limit on how many you can include
• Choose your billing frequency — monthly, quarterly, or annual
• Cancel or change any time

How BYOB is different from a pre-curated Base Bundle

Pre-curated Base Bundles (like Video Essentials or Audio Plus) are fixed packages at fixed prices. Everyone on the same pre-curated bundle gets the same services and pays the same amount.

BYOB is the flexible alternative:

Either type gets you the same core benefits: one login, one bill, active management, no-click cancellations, Risk-Free Trials on new additions, and LevelUP Rewards.

Building your bundle

1. Browse available services in the BYOB flow at signup or from your dashboard
2. Pick at least 4 to start
3. See your bundle price update in real time as you add or remove
4. Choose your billing frequency — monthly, quarterly, or annual
5. Confirm and we activate your bundle

Once your bundle is live, everything works the same as a pre-curated bundle — Bundled-issued credentials, one bill, active management on your behalf.

Adding more services later

You can always add to a BYOB after signup:

1. Go to your Dashboard → Bundle → Add services
2. Choose what you want
3. Confirm

The new service typically activates within a few hours. Your next bill reflects the updated bundle price.

Removing services from your BYOB

You can remove services too — but the 4-service minimum is important to understand.

If removing a service would drop your bundle below 4 services, one of two things happens:

1. We increase your bundle price to the non-bundle rate for the remaining services, because we can't structure member pricing below the 4-service minimum, or
2. The bundle is canceled and you continue any remaining services by re-establishing direct billing with each provider

You'll see exactly what happens before you confirm any change that drops you below 4 services. No surprises.

Why the 4-service minimum

The 4-service minimum isn't arbitrary. Bundled's member pricing works because we can distribute negotiated rates and operational efficiencies across a bundle of services. Below 4 services, the math doesn't work — we can't consistently deliver savings versus retail pricing.

Setting the floor at 4 keeps your bundle economics healthy. It's the smallest package where the bundled savings model actually saves you money.

Monthly, quarterly, or annual billing

BYOB memberships are available in three billing frequencies:

• Monthly — pay once a month, cancel any time before the next billing date
• Quarterly — pay every 3 months, typically at a small discount to monthly
• Annual — pay once a year, at the biggest discount

Longer commitments unlock better pricing because they let us plan and negotiate with providers more effectively.

Common BYOB questions

Can I change my BYOB composition after signup?
Yes. Add or remove any service any time (subject to the 4-service minimum).

Do all services in my BYOB start at the same time?
Yes. All selected services are provisioned together when your bundle activates.

Can I have a mix of streaming, music, news, and productivity in one BYOB?
Absolutely. That's the point. Mix and match categories.

Are Risk-Free Trials available on services added later?
For most services, yes — if the service supports it, you'll see the trial offer at checkout.

Do I earn LevelUP Rewards on a BYOB the same as a pre-curated bundle?
Yes. Bundle spend counts equally regardless of bundle type.

What if I want to switch from BYOB to a pre-curated bundle?
Go to Dashboard → Bundle → Change bundle. You can switch either direction any time.
