Does Bundled have partnerships with the providers it manages?

For most subscription services in your bundle: no. Bundled acts as your personal subscription agent, not as an authorized reseller or partner of the underlying providers — unless a service is explicitly labeled a "Partner Service" in your dashboard or at signup.

The default: Bundled acts as your agent

For the vast majority of subscriptions we manage, Bundled is your agent, not the provider's. That means:

We set up the account in your name with each provider
We pay the provider on your behalf using Bundled-controlled payment cards
We manage billing, renewals, pauses, and cancellations for you
The contractual relationship at the provider remains between you and them — Bundled is not a party to it

We are not an authorized reseller, distributor, licensee, or partner of these providers. We don't hold ourselves out as sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with them. Displaying a provider's name or logo in our platform is nominative reference only — used to identify a service you can purchase or manage through Bundled — and doesn't imply any commercial relationship.

The exception: Partner Services

From time to time, Bundled does enter into direct commercial arrangements with specific providers. When that happens, we clearly identify those subscriptions as Partner Services in your dashboard and at the point of enrollment.

Partner arrangements can take different forms:

Referral or distribution agreements
Co-marketing or bundled-offering arrangements
Authorized reseller relationships
Other mutually agreed commercial structures

Where a service is a Partner Service, Bundled may operate in a different commercial capacity for that specific service. Any Partner Service will come with its own supplemental terms, presented to you before enrollment, which explain the arrangement.

If you don't see "Partner Service" indicated in your dashboard, assume the standard agent model applies.

Why the distinction matters

The distinction between "agent" and "partner" shapes several things you should know:

Your account belongs to you. If you cancel your Bundled membership, the underlying accounts stay yours. You can continue them by adding your own payment card at the provider.
We follow provider rules on your behalf. Your use of any subscription is subject to that provider's terms — Bundled doesn't have authority to override them.
We're not a substitute for the provider's customer support for content, service quality, or usage disputes. For those, you interact with the provider (usually with Bundled's help). Bundled handles billing, account administration, and optimization on your side.

Why we build this way

We deliberately structured Bundled as your agent rather than as a reseller because it gives you three things a reseller model can't:

Real account portability. Your accounts stay yours. Cancel Bundled tomorrow, keep every subscription with a swapped-in payment card.
Neutral optimization. We don't have partner incentives pushing you toward specific services. We recommend and manage based on what's best for you.
Access to the entire subscription universe. Since we don't need formal deals with each provider, we can help you manage any subscription — not just ones we've negotiated with.
