How Bundled works behind the scenes?

When you choose a Base Bundle and sign up, here's exactly what Bundled does — step by step — to set up and run your subscriptions.

Step 1: We create accounts in your name

Using details such as name and date of birth shared by you, we enroll you with each provider in your bundle. The account at the provider is legally yours — not Bundled's. You're the account holder.

You don't have to set up Netflix, Spotify, Calm, or anything else yourself. We do it for you.

Step 2: We pay providers using a Bundled-controlled card

Here's the part that surprises most members: we don't use your personal card to pay Netflix or Spotify. We provision unique payment cards in Bundled's name, and use those to pay each provider on your behalf.

Your personal card is charged once — by Bundled — for the full bundle. Your card details are never shared with any subscription provider.

This card-isolation is what enables several Bundled features:

  • Risk-Free Trials — we can pause the card so trials can't auto-convert
  • No-click cancellations — we can stop payment when you've stopped using a service
  • Privacy — providers never see your real card or personal billing details - saving you from data leaks, price hikes you missed, wrongful charges, and more

Step 3: We manage your subscriptions ongoing

We handle the recurring work that comes with subscriptions:

  • Billing — one charge to you, separate provider payments handled in the background
  • Retention offers — In case we have a direct partnership with a provider, we negotiate with them when prices go up, to ensure you continue getting the best deal
  • Pauses, downgrades, cancellations — we execute these on your behalf
  • Renewals and trial conversions — we manage timing, so nothing converts by accident
  • Provider support — we deal with provider customer service when issues come up

When we save money behind the scenes, that's how we keep the bundle price down for you.

Step 4: If you ever leave, your subscriptions stay

If you cancel your Bundled membership, your underlying subscriptions are yours to keep. You're the legal account holder, so all you do is:

  1. Log into each service directly
  2. Replace the Bundled-managed payment card with your own
  3. Keep using the service

We'll send you everything you need to take over — login details, billing dates, plan info. No interruption, no loss of viewing history or preferences.

The agency model, in one sentence

Bundled is your AI agent for subscriptions, not a reseller. We create and manage your accounts in your name, and we pay providers using cards we control so we can negotiate, optimize, and cancel on your behalf.
