Cancel your existing direct subscriptions before joining Bundled

If you already pay Netflix, Spotify, Disney+, or any other service directly — and that service is in your new Bundle — you need to cancel the direct subscription with the provider so you're not paying twice.

Why this matters

When you join Bundled, we create a brand new account in your name with each provider. That new account is what your Bundled membership pays for.

Your old direct subscription is still active until you cancel it manually. If you don't, you'll have two separate Netflix accounts billing you — one through us, one through them.

What to do

For every service in your bundle that you currently pay for directly:

  1. Log into the provider's website (not Bundled's) using your existing personal account
  2. Find the cancellation option in account settings
  3. Cancel that subscription — you can usually keep access until the end of your current billing period
  4. Log out of that old account on every device (TV, phone, browser, tablet)
  5. Log back in using your new Bundled-issued credentials when the device prompts you

How to find your old subscriptions

If you're not sure what you're already paying for, check your bank or credit card statements for the last 2 months for recurring charges from streaming, music, news, or app services.

What if I want to keep my old account?

Two reasons people do this — neither one is usually worth it:

  • "My viewing history." Most providers (Netflix, Spotify, Disney+) let you transfer profiles or migrate watch history. Contact provider support to ask.
  • "I'm not sure about Bundled yet." Cancel the old one. You can cancel Bundled any time, and we'll send you everything you need to keep your new bundled subscriptions as direct ones if you ever leave.

Already double-paying?

Email [email protected] with:

  • The service name
  • The date of the duplicate charge
  • A screenshot of the duplicate bill if you have one

We'll review and, if appropriate, help you sort it out. We don't refund charges from third-party providers, but we can help you cancel and get a refund through them.
