No-click cancellations
We monitor your bundle and proactively cancel subscriptions you've stopped using — so you don't have to lift a finger to stop paying for things you no longer use.
What this is
The average household pays for 2–3 subscriptions per year they've completely forgotten about. Streaming services you signed up for and never went back to. Apps you used twice. Music platforms you switched away from but didn't cancel.
No-click cancellations is Bundled's feature for catching those. When we see you've stopped using a service in your bundle, we proactively cancel it on your behalf — without making you do anything.
You stop paying for it. Your bundle price drops. You didn't even have to remember.
How it works
Across the services in your bundle, we monitor for non-usage signals that indicate you've stopped engaging with a subscription. When a service hasn't been used for an extended period, we:
- Notify you in your dashboard that we plan to cancel it
- Give you a chance to opt out if you want to keep the service even though you're not using it
- Cancel it on your behalf if you don't override
We then stop paying for it and your bundle adjusts accordingly.
Where this works
No-click cancellations apply to services where it's technically feasible. Some services and account types support it; some don't (depending on the provider's APIs and how we set up your account).
Your dashboard shows which services are eligible.
What if I want to keep something I'm not using?
You can tell us to keep any service even if you haven't logged in recently.
- Dashboard → Optimization Settings
- Find the service
- Toggle Keep active to "Yes"
We'll skip it in future no-click cancellation cycles, even if usage is low. You stay in control.
Can I turn off automatic optimization entirely?
Yes. If you'd rather we leave everything running regardless of usage:
- Dashboard → Optimization Settings
- Toggle Automatic optimization to "Off"
You'll lose the no-click savings benefit, but it's your call.
How is "not using" determined?
We use signals appropriate to each service category. We don't dig into your viewing history, listening habits, or content choices.
What we do look at is whether the account has been actively accessed in the recent past. If it hasn't — and you haven't said "keep it" — that's the cancellation trigger.
Privacy note: We don't read content, conversations, or personal data from any provider. The signal we use is engagement-level, not content-level. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we do and don't see.
What about partial-use services?
If you've used a service occasionally but not heavily (e.g., logging in once every couple months), we don't cancel it. The no-click cancellation feature is specifically for services where we see clear, sustained non-usage.
If you're unsure whether a service is at risk of no-click cancellation, your dashboard shows status by service.
How is this different from canceling Bundled?
These are completely separate:
- No-click cancellations = Bundled proactively canceling a single service you've stopped using, while you keep your overall membership
- Canceling Bundled = ending your entire membership, which you do through your dashboard or Stripe portal
If you want to cancel your Bundled membership entirely, see How to cancel your Bundled membership.
