# What's in your bundle

Your bundle is the set of subscription services we manage for you, organized into a **Base Bundle** plus optional **Add-Ons**.

## Base Bundles

A Base Bundle can be a pre-curated package (e.g., **Video Essentials** — Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max) or a Build-Your-Own Bundle (BYOB) where you can choose 4 or more services from a range of choices to get started.

Pre-curated bundles have a fixed price and Build-Your-Own-Bundle prices vary based on what you include in the bundle.

Each Base Bundle is priced as a package — pay one Bundled bill, get all the services in it. Bundle composition is updated periodically based on what members use and which partners we add.

## Add-Ons

Add-Ons are extras you can layer on top of your Base Bundle:

* Premium tiers (Spotify Family upgrade, Netflix Premium)
* Additional services not in your Base Bundle
* Specialty subscriptions (specific apps, niche services)

Add-Ons have their own pricing, start dates, and can usually be removed independently from your Base Bundle.

## Where to see what's in your bundle

Your **Bundled dashboard** shows the full list:

* Every service in your Base Bundle
* Every Add-On
* Status (active, activating, paused, ending)
* Renewal date for each
* Per-service monthly value vs. retail

## My bundle composition is changing

Occasionally, providers exit our network or new ones join. When that happens to a service in your bundle, we notify you and either:

1. **Replace it** with a comparable service at no change in price
2. **Drop it** and reduce your bundle price proportionally
3. **Let you choose** a replacement from the next tier of options

We don't make changes that materially alter what you signed up for without giving you advance notice and a choice to opt out.

## Why is a service "being activated"?

When you sign up, services don't all activate at the exact same minute. You may see some services with an "activating" or "being activated" status for a few hours after signup.

This is normal. Most services activate within a few hours; a few can take up to 24 hours depending on the provider's verification flow.

If a service stays "activating" for more than 48 hours, contact support.

## Why is a service "pending cancellation"?

If we detect a service hasn't been used in 45+ days, we may queue it for **no-click cancellation** to save you money. You'll see a notice in your dashboard before this happens, and you can override it if you want to keep the service.

See [How no-click cancellations work](https://help.gobundled.com/en/article/no-click-cancellations-1g28jzt/) for details.

## How are bundles priced?

Each bundle has a single monthly (or annual) price set when you sign up. That price reflects:

* The cost of each service in the bundle
* Bundled's management fee
* Any taxes (added on top)

The price doesn't change as you use more or less of the bundle.
