# Introduction to LevelUP Rewards

LevelUP is Bundled's member rewards program. You earn rewards on your spend and move through tiers — Basic, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond. Diamond members earn up to **5% rewards** on eligible activity.

## How LevelUP works at a glance

- You start at **Basic** when you join
- You **earn rewards** based on your bundle spend and on-time payments
- You **move up tiers** as you accumulate spend and time as a member
- Each tier unlocks a higher reward rate
- **Diamond** tier earns 5% on eligible activity

## The five tiers

| Tier | Reward rate | How to reach it |
|---|---|---|
| **Basic** | Welcome rewards | Default when you join |
| **Silver** | 1% rewards | Cumulative spend or time as a member |
| **Gold** | 2% rewards | Continued spend + on-time payments |
| **Platinum** | 3% rewards | Higher cumulative spend + tenure |
| **Diamond** | 5% rewards | Top tier — sustained spend + on-time payments |

## Two ways to level up

You move up tiers through **either**:

1. **Cumulative bundle spend** — total amount you've paid Bundled
2. **Time as a member** — months active with on-time payments

Whichever comes first unlocks the next tier. So a low-spend member with a long history can hit Gold the same as a higher-spend member who's been around for less time.

## What "on-time payments" means

To progress and stay in your tier, your Bundled payments need to be on time. Late or failed payments can:

- Delay your move to the next tier
- Temporarily drop you back to a lower tier
- Disqualify recent earning from counting toward tier progression

This is why your payment method is so important — keep it updated and current.

## How rewards are calculated

Rewards are calculated based on:

- Your **eligible activity** (mostly: total spend, plus some bonus activities)
- Your **current tier** (higher tier = higher rate)
- Any **active promotions** running at the time

Some rewards stay **pending** until the underlying transaction clears or the eligibility window closes. Your dashboard shows both your pending balance and your available-to-redeem balance.

## When can I redeem?

You can redeem once your rewards have moved from pending to **available**, and your account is in good standing.
